Papillon, Phalene Size
Standard size for Papillons and Phalenes lays between 8 + 11" at the withers. (shoulder tips)
Here is a good sample of the tremendous difference that can be.
Coco measures 10.5" high at her withers (shoulder tips), and Anelli is only 8" tall.
