Papillon Social Call @ Road's End

We had visitors coming with their 3 Papillons; always exiting for our Paps to see other dogs, especially other butterflies.

Papillon Fans & Friends @ Road's End

A wonderful day yesterday. Long-time "electronic" friends finally got to go to become real-, physical friends.
The visitors came all the way up to us from Southern California, a 1000 + mile drive. Our day together was not long enough for us to share our love and enthusiasm over our Butterfly breed.

Social Visit

We had a social visit a few days ago. Our Paps just love when visitors show up.

My Visit to Roads End Papillons
I made a trip to Eugene, Oregon to study with a physical therapist that teaches osteopathic manipulation for animal health professionals.  A fellow agility classmate informed me that I was going to be close to where she got her Papillon in Dallas, OR.  Being up for an adventure, I decided to visit Road’s End Papillons.    It was a wonderful experience driving to Dallas, OR to visit Anje and her beautiful family.
I was pleasantly greeted by her pack and they quickly settled down and took turns visiting me.  Each one was unique and special in its own way.  I was very impressed by how social they were.  I did not see any evidence of medial patellar luxation in her dogs, which is not uncommon in the breed.  It was hard not to leave with one!  I was very impressed with Antje’s feeding regimen and how carefully she attends to their nutrition.   As a holistic veterinarian we focus on preventive medicine with nutrition being the basis of health.  Antje wholeheartedly embraces this and has a wonderful, healthy little troupe of Papillons to show for it!
Thank you Antje for introducing me to your family!  Look forward to seeing you again soon when I visit again.
Sincerely,
Dody Tyneway Robi DVM
